Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-06-08

These Terms govern your use of Connected, operated by [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME], [REGISTERED_ADDRESS]. By creating an account you agree to these Terms. Connected is currently offered as a beta service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Account type (professional / recruiter) is set at sign-up and changed only with support.

2. Acceptable use

  • No spam, scraping, harassment, impersonation, or illegal content.
  • No attempts to game the Authority Score, endorsements, or verification.
  • No submitting identity or company documents that are not your own, or that you are not authorised to submit, for verification (verification is provided by our third-party provider, Didit).
  • Recruiters must use candidate data only for legitimate hiring purposes.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the platform. You are responsible for content you publish, including company reviews, which must be truthful and based on genuine experience.

4. Reputation & verification

The Authority Score and verification badges are provided as-is and may change as our methods evolve. They are signals, not guarantees, and may be recomputed or revoked (e.g. on abuse).

5. Beta, availability & liability

The service is provided "as is" during beta and may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On deletion we remove or anonymise your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Forlì (Italy) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules and the right of a consumer to bring proceedings in, and only be sued in, the courts of their place of domicile.
